Maurice Jones-Drew’s Dog Is A Wuss
An NFL locker room can be a tough place to hang out, especially if your teammates know that one of your prized possessions is a kitty cat. Jaguars linebacker Brent Hawkins found this out the hard way.
For the last 8 months he has been mercilessly mocked by his teammates because of his affection for Bruce Leroy—his cat. Still, Hawkins is proud of his pet and he says his clawless cat would win a fight against Maurice Jones-Drew’s Bulldog. Hawkins even stirred the pot by calling Drew’s dog the ugliest pet on the team. Perhaps when Michael Vick’s ankle bracelet prevents him from coming within 20 miles of all suspected dog fighting areas, he can show his love of animals by organizing this dog vs. cat showdown.
