He represented Andy Pettite as well, which causes all sorts of problems. His best out is if his lawyer is forced to leave the case and Clemens uses it to drop the defamation suit. I'm still not sure how he'll manage to avoid going to jail though. He's making a mockery of the judicial system. As for Virginia Foxx, she'll get what's coming to her in the upcoming election.
